When you are using any type of time management technique, it is bound to earn you some free time. This time will show up when projects are finished more quickly.  Many think this is the time to sit and relax.  That’s the wrong attitude.  The reason you have listen to all those free time management tips is so that you can free up more time for yourself to get more things done (and thus achieve your goals). Sitting and relaxing usually do not count as ‘goals’.
